Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and support for students with learning, developmental, or physical challenges

• Develop and implement Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs)

• Adapt curriculum materials for accessibility and differentiated learning

• Coach and train Ghanaian teachers in inclusive education strategies

• Partner with families to reduce stigma and promote understanding

• Support school?wide inclusion practices and accessibility improvements

• Participate in the spiritual life of the school through prayer, discipleship, and modeling Christlike compassion

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Special Education, Inclusive Education, or related field

• Experience working with children with disabilities or learning differences

• Strong Christian faith and alignment with ECM’s mission

• Flexibility, cultural humility, and a heart for vulnerable children

• Willingness to raise personal missionary support
