Samuel is a young boy in Uganda whose family is enrolled in ECM's Familly Empowerment Program.  His father is in a wheelchair and the family lives with his paternal grandmother.  His mother earns some money through casual chores in the community but is still unable to support the family adequately.  They are grateful to be involved in ensuring a prosperous, faith-filled future through partnership with ECM.
