Educational and Disabilities Sponsorship
Sponsoring a vulnerable child is a great way to directly impact a life! ECM's Educational and Disabilities Sponsorship program helps the most vulnerable children - orphans, disabled, and others with no family to care for them - by providing direct physical, emotional, and spiritual support. By sponsoring a child, you can help ensure that they stay in school, get medical help when needed, learn valuable life skills, receive encouragement, and hear the gospel! There is no better, more personal way for you to connect with and support the needs of a child!
In our Educational and Disabilities Sponsorship Program, we work with the neediest children, most often orphans living in extreme poverty. These children have no family to care for them and meet even their most basic needs. We also provide assistance to children suffering from physical disabilities, providing the help they and their caregivers need for a brighter future. These children can join the program at any age, but they typically join a Hope Center before the age of 10. Children complete the Educational Sponsorship Program after the completion of secondary school (high school) or when they reach the age of 20, whichever comes first. We ask our sponsors to commit to sponsorship until the child completes the program. In this program, ECM typically covers all school fees through secondary school, as well as medical needs and other special needs that may arise.
