Vicky lives with her mother, brother and sister in an impoverished slum area. Her mother begs and picks food from the trash to survive. Sadly, Vicky's father abandoned the family and went to marry another woman. Now that Vicky has been enrolled in school through ECM, she is doing much better. During the lockdown last year Vicky was moved to one of our hope centers to live there because her mother cannot afford to take care of her and the other children.
