Stacia's father died in an accident several years ago, so she lives with her grandmother in Naigobya. Her mother moved away and got re-married. Irene, the grandmother, is getting old and it’s getting hard to tend the garden—the only source of income. Stacia had very little before joining ECM, and still has a lot of need. Despite all the hardships and poverty, Stacia is very loved by her grandmother and siblings. Her family is Christian and they go to church.
