Anela UG-KH3017
Angella lives with her mother and 6 siblings in a little house that is not safe or secure. Angella's parents separated three years ago, and the mother, who is HIV positive, is now the sole provider for the family. She tries to sell what little produce and charcoal she can, but it is not enough to provide for the whole family. Some days they have no meal; some days they eat only one meal. They do not have much access to health care. Sadly, Angella was doing well in school but had to drop out due to lack of funds to pay the school fees. When our staff did the home assessment, they found that Angella often looks hopeless and depressed. Angella has been part of Saturday club activities for a while now, but has not been in the sponsorship program.
