Samuel is a young toddler boy in Uganda who is a member of the Lochap family.  His father is in a wheelchair and the family lives with his paternal grandmother.  His mother earns some money through casual chores in the community but is still unable to support the family adequately.  Will you prayerfully consider sponsoring him and bringing Hope, Help and Dignity in Jesus' name?
