Jane, her grandmother, mother, and two little brothers live in a small two room house that they own. Sadly, Jane's father abandoned the family several years ago because one of the little boys was born with albinism. He now lives far away and has remarried and started a new family. Jane's two younger brothers are enrolled in ECM's sponsorship program and have sponsors, so they are currently in school. Jane's mother sells fish at a little street stall for a living. She had successfully finished primary school a few years ago and did very well! She did three months of a tailoring course but wasn't able to continue with school because of their financial situation. Jane is a passionate, bright, and well-spoken young woman with big dreams for her life! The family members are born again believers and are part of a local church. Jane could make a big difference in the world if given the support she needs to thrive and become all that God created her to be! Jane currently has one sponsor, but needs one more to fully cover her education expenses.
