Rachel lives with her grandmother. Her parents are handicapped; one is deaf and the other is mute, therefore they do not have jobs to provide for her. Rachel and her grandmother have a small garden where they grow maize and beans. Rachel does not write or speak any English. Her family is Christian and regularly attends church. Rachel needs someone to support her to continue going to school, and be able to thrive in life!
