Moris is an only child. His mother abandoned him after the death of his father. His grandmother took him in at the age of two. No one currently knows where his mother is. His grandmother has no real income but works in other people’s gardens and roasts maize to sell. Moris is very interested in going to school but his grandmother cannot pay the fees.
