Mercy
Mercy lives in a two room house with her grandmother, mother and brother. The hardest thing about Mercy's situation is that she was born with albinism, which requires extra health supplies to prevent sunburn, such as sun lotion, lip balm, hats and sunglasses. Without these things, the skin will get extremely damaged. The family is Seventh Day Adventist. Sadly, Mercy's father never loved her because he thought albinism was a curse, so he abandoned the family when Mercy was two years old. The mother cannot provide enough for both food and school fees.
