Erick
Erick is being raised by his grandmother. His father died in 2006 when the camp was attacked by the LRA rebel group. His mother remarried in 2008 and moved away from the area, leaving Erick and his siblings with the grandmother. The four of them live together in a small mud hut with thatch roofing. The grandmother doesn't own land, so she ekes out a living by hoeing other people’s gardens. The family believes in Jesus.
