• Please pray for wisdom as our Board decides how we should deal with David Lubaale who embezzled funds and forged bank statements.  Pray that justice will be done and that the funds lost can be recovered to help the children of Uganda.
  
• Please pray for physical, mental, and spiritual strength for our Directors the Rousters as they maintain their usual heavy schedule with demands on all fronts.
  
• Pray for day-to-day wisdom for the Driscolls who are now serving as Directors of Haven of Hope.  Pray that we will find the right person to relieve the Driscolls and direct the home during their sixth month absence.
  
• Praise God for the provision of funds to purchase a much-needed vehicle for Ghana.  Pray we will find a solid vehicle at the price we can afford.
  
• Pray for children who were once at Haven of Hope and are now living with family or extended family members, especially those who went to families who do not know Christ.  Pray that the seed that has been planted may grow.
  
• Please pray for ECM National Directors--Brother Thompsaon Afari, returning to the Directorship in Ghana after a two year study leave, that he will receive wisdom and grace to lead well and to give new vision and courage to the Ghana staff, as well as Pastor Mayele in DR Congo, that he will have strength, wisdom and grace to lead in that difficult land, and Brother Charles Obwoon as he leads in Uganda
  
• Thank God for the liberation of 55 servants of the thunder god as of March 25, 2010, and the salvation of their priest.  Pray for God's protection over all of them.  Pray for rehabilitation efforts now taking place.  Pray that the priest's courage and example will influence many others to come to Christ.
  
• Pray for our efforts toward the next slave liberation.  We are presently talking to several shrines about their need to liberate.  We have suffered some difficult setbacks, but we are persevering, believing that God wants the slaves to be freed.  Pray for wisdom.  Pray for the follow up efforts underway now and for God's hand of protection over all our workers.
  
• Claim God's sovereign protection over everyone involved with the liberation, including the chiefs, negotiators, and staff as well as the former slaves who were liberated.  Many fear for their lives as they realize that curses will be placed on them by traditionalists who oppose the liberation and desire the tradition of slavery to continue.  Power belongs unto God!  Let's claim His power to break every curse.
  
• Please pray for the summer teams for Ghana and Uganda which have raised their support and are now finalizing plans to begin ministry.
  
• Pray for vocational street children who are struggling to learn proper discipline and behavior in their new lives.  Pray for those who have newly established businesses, that they may exercise discipline which will enable them to succeed. 
  
• Pray for difficult cash flow issues.  We are too often short on cash in our General Fund which covers so many areas of ministry, and we dislike making continual appeals to cover shortages.  Pray for wisdom in planning more effectively and for an increase in General Fund giving.
  
• Pray for wisdom and help for a new Director and teacher beginning service at Haven of Hope Academy.
  
• Pray for wisdom as we try to register Haven Academy with the Ghana Education Service and meet requirements that we cannot financially meet at the present time.  Pray for God's guidance and provision that Haven Academy may be fully registered at the right time.
  
• Pray for some difficult staff health issues at Haven of Hope.
  
• Praise God we have received nearly all the funding needed to begin the Karamoja Project which will help children being sold into slavery in cattle markets.
  
• Pray for a special need we have right now to enable us to help rehabilitate former child soldiers rescued from the LRA.
  
• Pray that US President O'Bama would repent and CHANGE HIS MIND and his thinking and commitment regarding his strongly anti-life, pro-abortion stance.  One of his very early acts was to restore funding to promote abortion around the world.   This issue negatively affects our beloved African people in many ways!
